Demolition Derby Procedure:

The Wisconsin Valley Fairs hosts a demolition derby on Sunday at 6:00 pm. The grandstand opens at 4:00 pm. There is an admission fee to attend the demolition derby. Reserve seats are not available for the demolition derby.
    General Seating Admission Prices are:

Amphitheater Seating Layout:

There are two ways to see the show; General Seating or Reserved VIP seating.
The grandstand has 4000 seats with backs. Some of the seats are sheltered but the majority are not. There are two grassy areas on the
berm of the grandstand to sit as well. Handicapped seatings is available in the grandstand in designated areas that also providea seat for
companion seating. There also is a granite gravel area between the stage and the fixed amphitheater area where fair-goers can either
purchase reserve seats, stand or bring their own chair*. The reserve seat section has approximately 1,000 folding chair seats referred
to as Reserved VIP seating. If you are interested in the Reserved VIP seating, please refer to the section below for pricing or all other seats are free with your paid admission to the fair.

General Seating:

The gates to the amphitheater area open at 3:00 pm Tuesday-Saturday. There are four gates; two on the east side and two on the west side of the area. One gate on each side is for lawn chair seating and the other is for grandstand seating.
Each person is allowed to bring in two lawn chairs to the granite gravel area.

*LAWN CHAIRS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT'S SHOW.


Each person may only save one seat and one additional seat for a companion in the grandstand.
All though it is not recommended, you may leave your seat unattended.
The Wisconsin Valley Fair is not responsible for any items lost or stolen.

VIP Reserved Seating:

The VIP Reserved seating area is 1,000 seats. The seats in the area are folding chairs on the granite gravel in front of the stage, there is not overhead protection
provided for weather. VIP Reserved seating is $18.00 per seat, this DOES NOT include the cost of your admission to the fair or parking fees.
All seats have an assigned section, row, and seat number.
As a courtesy to other show attendees, please be in your seat at least 15 minutes prior to the show time.

VIP Reserved Seating Cost/Availability:

Reserve seat tickets go on sale April 30, 2010 at 8:30 am. Tickets will be sold online though Click N’ Print tickets. The tickets will also be available via the phone at 1.877.772.5425 pr in person at the fair office in the North Wing of the Exhibition Building in Marathon Park.
Tickets are $18.00 per seat, per show (tax included plus any necessary handling fees).
This DOES NOT include your admission to the fair or parking.
Each individual can purchase 20 tickets per transaction.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the instance that the show has been cancelled.
In the event that a show would be cancelled, your ticket must be presented to obtain a refund. Details will be posted on the website if this occurs.
VIP Reserve seats are sold on a first come, first served basis.
If the seat your are purchasing is for a handicapped individual, please specify this request at the time you place your order.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are VIP reserved seats refundable? If the show goes on, NO.
If the show is cancelled, YES.
Are admission passes refundable? NO.
What if it rains? There is not cover for the reserved seating area. A portion of the permanent seats in the grandstand have cover.
The Wisconsin Valley Fair recommends you bring a rain poncho. Many entertainers have performed in the rain.
Grandstand shows are only cancelled in the event of severe weather. Over the past 25 plus years, only one show was cancelled
due to tornado warnings. The show may be delayed to allow the weather to pass the area, based on the request of the individual entertainer.
This keeps the floated body from moving outside it's container
